This product works GREAT!

Installed this in my 2500 sqft crawl space that its plastic lined. I was having a lot of humidity, around 76%-78% under the house. I set this unit up, and in about 5 days the humidity got down to 50%, it's works perfectly, pumps thee water out as it should and I could't be happier with my investment. Don't hesitate to buy it if you have humidity issues in a large space, it works great!

Noticed a difference immediately.

Had a lot of condensation and standing water on top of my plastic in crawlspace Installed the unit ,closed up all my vents,and set it to 50%. Returned 3 days later,all the puddles were gone. Set the level to 45%. The level in the house all dropped from 55% to 48%. I think this is a good investment..

Awesome customer service.

I have had this unit installed and running continuously for almost 3 years. I had one problem with the pump and the customer service responded quickly with information on diagnosing the the problem and a replacement pump. I had it up and running in less than a week.
