So far

Package arrived in great condition on time.
Install was simple. I like the self draining feature. Arkansas is very humid so I set it to 40% and so far it is doing a great job in the crawl space of my home about 1200 Sq feet..
It runs very quiet. I like that it cycles on and off as needed. So far it's been a great replacement for the other unit and the price is fair.

Incredible customer service

When I received my Alorair sentinel things went well until the temps dropped in the fall and the unit began to ice up. I called customer service and they meticulously trouble shot the unit with me and sent me repair parts along with great video links for installation all at no cost to me. Unfortunately the unit was finally determined to have a refrigerant leak and Alorair sent me a replacement unit at no cost to me. The new unit has been running great and my cellar is cold in the winter (which is why I decided on the Alorair in the first place). I was very impressed with Alorair's customer service department and their careful troubleshooting and final resolution. Great Outfit.

Great dehumidifier

Read a LOT of reviews and looked at several dehumidifier. I installed this one in my 1300/1400 square foot crawl space. Started at 85% humidity. In 12 hours it had it in the low 60s. Set it to 57% and it holds it between 55 - 60%. Cycles on and off, I LOVE IT. It’s only day 4 so hope it continues.Note. It’s extremely quiet. You can’t hear it in the house. I have a humidity sensor down there so I can see it’s working. They both have the same reading. I would buy it again
