Very well built

I’m impressed with the build quality of the unit. I’ve only owned it a few days but it’s been running fine. I’m using it to dehumidify a 5th wheel camper during storage and it removes a surprising amount of water in a short time. It sits on countertop and drains directly into the sink using the hose that was included.

I was very disappointed at the delivery time of my HP-35P and the inability of customer representatives to advise me status when I called in to inquire. I honestly was concerned as to whether I was even going to receive my order. The communications related to my order was surprisingly very poor given all the reviews I read prior to placing my order.

Once I finally received my HP-35P, I have been VERY pleased with thr performance of the product. I tested in my garage prior to installing in my crawlspace as I wanted to learn all I could witness first hand.

It is performing VERY well ! It is doing what I had hopes. It functioons per the instructions provided and the videos I have watched.

Very pleased so far with the product. Please make things easier to do business.

outstanding performance for damp/musty basement

we were buying the Frigidaire brands that you get at the big box stores and they would last a year. This time we bought this heavy duty / commercial looking one and we are thrilled. The basement has never been this dry - which we wanted. It works like a champ. So glad we upped our game.
