1. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on every order when shipped within the continental United States.
2. How We Ship
Aloraircrawlspace offers standard free shipping on all US orders. Free Shipping is automatically applied at Checkout. As of the moment we only ship to the United States, not international locations. Contact us by email if ship to countries outside your home country.
We typically process products within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation message. You will also receive another notification when your order has been shipped. All purchased goods will be delivered for free within 5 to 14 working days depending on your location.
If a large number of orders are placed at the same time, we will notify you immediately of any changes that may be made to your shipping and delivery. We will contact you via email or phone to ensure you are aware of such issue.
3. Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. It can only be modified once after delivery, but it cannot guarantee success.
4. Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
5. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
6. Tracking Notifications
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a related tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@aloraircrawlspace.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
7. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
8. Cancellations
If the interception fails, you can only wait for the product to arrive at your destination where you then can send the product back yourself. After reviewing the product, we will issue a refund.
9.Tax Duty-Free Statement
There is no additional tax added to our products. All products listed on our website that qualify for duty-free status according to relevant laws and regulations.
